The hotel is located perfectly, easy to find and nicely laid out. The rooms with 2 queen beds, facing the street, need updating to match the impressive lobby. The service I received, for improving my overall experience at the hotel, was fantastic - friendly and helpful. The in-house Starbucks offered made-to-order drinks, but the closing time was a bit early for our liking. The Marriott Norwalk location was excellent for our needs and contrasted beautifully in a black and white color scheme.
